Some guy has decided to take a Ferrari 308 and put in a Ferrari v12 engine block he found in a junkyard and then figure out how to slap some Testarossa heads on it (not a direct fit). Then make custom cams because the firing order is different than the crank. This is what you will find on page one . It get’s more insane.

Using the cylinder heads from a Ferrari Testarossa H12 on a V12 engine block from a 400i... I never thought something like that was possible.
